For your morning breakfast, we offer you a free bread delivery service. Simply order the baked goods at the reception the day before by 4:00 p.m. Select what you would like to find in front of your door the next morning and we will deliver it to you. If you’re not in the mood to cook in the evening, we have a number of restaurant tips and recommendations for you. Just ask us!

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your holiday, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Up to 30 days before arrival, the cancellation is free of charge.
• 30 to 15 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the total price.
• 14 to 5 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price.
• For cancellations between 4 days before arrival and the day of arrival, we charge 90% of the holiday price.

The Peak has one electric filling station – ideal for those who have already switched to electric cars. We also have a charging station for e-bikes.

Departure
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment or chalet by 9:30 a.m. at the latest.

Deposit
Please make a deposit of 25% of the total price upon receipt of your booking confirmation. Once we have received the deposit in our account, we will consider your booking as binding and prepare everything for your arrival.

Inclusive services
Included in the holiday price are the use of bed linen and towels, which are available for you in the apartment or chalet, as well as our bread delivery service. There is also a ski and boot depot at your disposal, as well as free parking and Wi-Fi. During summer, you get the Ötztal Premium Card from us for numerous advantages throughout the holiday region. All year round, there is a 10% discount on the admission to the Aqua Dome – Tirol Therme Längenfeld.

Parking
There are enough free park spaces for your cars.

Payment
You can pay the invoice in advance by bank transfer or on site in cash, by debit card, or credit card.

Pets
Your pets are welcome upon request. For their accommodation, we charge 20.00 euros per animal and night (excl. food).

Prices
Our prices are per chalet/apartment and night for the indicated number of people. They include the inclusive services listed under “I as ...”. A visitor's tax of 4.00 euros per person and night must also be paid. Children under the age of 15 are exempt.

Satisfaction
Please let us know immediately if anything is not to your satisfaction. Our goal is to make the stay as pleasant as possible for our guests and to fulfil all their wishes.

Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. With that, you are secured should you have to start your holiday at The Peak late, end your holiday early, or cancel the holiday completely. You will receive more information about this with your enquiry.

Bike cellar
Our lockable bike cellar has a large workbench with water connection and charging stations for your e-bikes.
